PROJECT "BASIC".
This is a project that allows you to get a general idea of your future object through high-quality sketches and basic planning drawings. Composition of the “Basic” design project
PHASE I
1.1. Premises measurement plan – is carried out on the basis of measurements taken of the Object’s premises.
1.2. Photo and video shooting of the Object.
1.3. Style solutions for the premises – the style of the project is proposed by the Customer independently, or developed by the Contractor based on the design assignment.
1.4. Recommendation of materials, furniture, equipment, etc.
1.5 Visualization – a project made in a three-dimensional program, allowing you to see a photorealistic image of the interior of the Object, developed by the Contractor. An interior option is offered, developed in accordance with the design assignment and the selected style solution, which is approved or edited by the Customer, and specific changes are made.
PHASE II
2.1. Technological solutions are a set of working drawings developed to the extent necessary for construction and finishing work.
2.1.1. plan of the existing facility;
2.1.2. redevelopment plan for the Facility;
2.1.3. functional zoning plan for the Property;
2.1.4. furniture placement plan;
PROJECT "STANDARD".
This is a design package that allows you to obtain all the necessary drawings and sketches for the implementation of an object for any purpose. Without detailed studies of components and specifications. Composition of the “Standard” design project

PROJECT "FULL".
This package includes a full range of services for the implementation of the project. High-quality visualization, a complete drawing package with the development of complex components, furniture, and decorative elements. This package also includes specifications of materials, furniture, lighting and necessary decorative elements. Composition of the “Full” design project

After approval, drawing documentation is developed.
PHASE II
Technological solutions – a set of working drawings developed to the extent necessary for construction and finishing works. List of drawings of the main set;
1.1. Plan of existing premises;
1.2. Planning decision;
1.3. Furniture and equipment arrangement plan;
1.4. Layout plan for heated floors and air conditioners;
1.5. Floor plan;
1.6. Ceiling plan;
1.7. Lamp placement plan;
1.8. Connection diagram for lamps;
1.9. Layout plan for sockets, switches and electrical outlets;
1.10 Plan for filling doorways;
1.11. Development of walls of premises;
1.12. Sections of the ceiling, detailing of complex components;
1.13. Specification. Issued by the designer if the materials were selected and approved together with the customer, otherwise a recommendation is given on the selection of materials and further selection and purchase is carried out by the customer independently or by the designer when ordering author support services.
The number of drawings may vary depending on the complexity and features of the project.
Drawings related to engineering networks (air conditioning, ventilation, gas and water distribution networks) are not developed by designers, as they are specialized engineering types of work. But they can be added to the project, at the request of the customer, if developed by subcontractor design organizations selected by the customer.
